Students must ensure they are able to attend their selected training date prior to booking, as all course bookings are final and non-refundable.

Courses may be rescheduled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled training date. Requests made after this period will require a new deposit to secure an alternative training date. Please note that if you need to reschedule it will be in our 1:1 format via online zoom or our london in-person dates, as this is a Manchester Pop-Up (we are london based).

Once your booking has been made, you must contact us directly to confirm your place on the course. Failure to confirm your booking may result in your deposit or course space being forfeited.
