TRAINING FAQs

To secure your 1-on-1/Group training, simply:
 
    1.   Choose your preferred training package and training date.
    2.   Pay a £200 deposit OR pay in full with Klarna/Clearpay finance options.
    3.  Contact us via Instagram to confirm payment and receive full training confirmation details.

If you have a preferred date in mind, please check with us before paying your deposit to ensure availability, as training dates cannot be rescheduled.

We offer two training options:
 
    •    1-on-1 Training: A full 5-hour in-person training day with intensive theory, demo & live model demonstrations, and direct 1:1 support with CEO Ziha. This option allows you to work at your own pace and includes 2–3 hours of hands-on practice for live model work. Ideal for students who prefer a highly personalised, self-paced learning experience. 
 
    •    2-1 Group Training: A 5.5-hour in-person training day with the same structure as our 1-on-1, but shared between two students. Each student receives 1 hour of live model practice. Perfect for those who enjoy collaborative learning but still want direct guidance from Ziha. 
 
Both options are fully CPD Accredited and insurable, ensuring you can start your career with confidence.

1-Day Training is 5 to 6 hours long.

2-Day Training is 12 hours long.

    •    1-on-1 Training: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible depending on pace and practice).

    •    2-to-1 Group Training: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (to allow for shared model practice).

Both options provide full, CPD accredited training within a single day or two days worth of training.

Yes. All of our courses are CPD accredited, meaning you can obtain insurance upon completion. We also recommend reputable insurance providers, that have insured thousands of beautiful professionals across the UK & Internationally.
 

Yes absolutely! Every student, whether enrolled in 1-on-1, 2-1 group, or refresher training, receives lifetime ongoing support. You’ll have direct access to our CEO via WhatsApp, ensuring you always have expert guidance at your fingertips.
 

Our commitment doesn’t end on training day… we provide continued feedback, mentorship, and prompt answers to your questions whenever you need them.

Yes. We offer online 1-on-1 training via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video call.

    •    Full payment is required upfront.
    •    A £35 delivery fee applies for shipping your professional client kit, which will be sent prior to your training day.
    •    You must provide your own live model for the practical session.
This option is perfect for students who cannot travel but still want direct guidance from CEO Ziha.

No — none at all. Our training courses are open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.

Yes. All students receive a Physical copy of their CPD-accredited certificate upon completion, along with congratulatory bouquet of flowers.

    •    All in-person training, students receive a physical certificate on the day.
    •    Online training, students receive a physical copy via post along with their kit.

You will receive your complete client starter kit on the day you complete your chosen training course, alongside your CPD-accredited certification.

Absolutely! We offer flexible payment options to make training accessible for everyone:

    •    Pay a £200 or £350 deposit and settle the remaining balance on the day of training.
    •    Choose one of our 0% interest-free finance options via Klarna, Clearpay or ShopPay, allowing you to train now and pay later.

This ensures you can begin your journey without financial barriers!

Client pricing strategies are explained in detail during the theory modules of our course. On average, cosmetic teeth whitening services are priced between £75 and £250+ per treatment, depending on the package and level of service you choose to offer.

Training is held in our HQ West Norwood (SE27), London, with full address details provided once your booking is confirmed.

We are just a 3–5 minute walk from West Norwood Train Station and approximately a 15–20 minute bus or car journey from Brixton Underground Station.

We also offer a second training location in Greenwich (SE10), subject to date availability.

Please ensure you are 100% certain you can attend your chosen training date before booking.

    •    All sales are final — deposits and payments are non-refundable.
    •    We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling less than 14 days in advance, as your deposit secures the training facility. This payment is final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
    •    By finalising your payment and booking a training course, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
 
Exception: Should the training facility allow for a date change due to hospitalisation or medical emergencies, we will accommodate and reschedule your training date accordingly.

(Proof of hospital records will need to be provided)

Failure to attend your scheduled training will result in your booking being forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to attend training on a new date, a new deposit will be required to secure your place. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Yes . In line with licensing and hygiene standards, all students are required to attend training in the correct professional attire.
